In the most elegant boulevard in the heart of Modena, Loggia del Tenore Suite was born. An elegant attic, on the fourth floor without elevator of a historic building, with fully automated check-in and composed of living room entrance with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms of which 1 with double bed and 1 with French bed, windowed bathroom with large shower and laundry area. The suite is equipped with every comfort: wi-fy, air conditioning, coffee maker and waffles, pots, dishescutlery, washing machine.

Guests of the Loggia del Tenore Suite can park their car for free inside the white lines in the ZTL area, or on the blue lines outside ZTL 50 meters from the accommodation; always displaying a Pass on the dashboard that must be unloaded printed and filled out.

L'appartamento è situato in una mansarda, quindi ogni stanza è caratterizzata da soffitti mansardati con travi a vista dipinte di bianco e finestre basse, con un'interessante vista sui tetti del centro storico.
